It was a fun morning. I had seven different trades reach profit targets. Right when the market opened, I kept hearing the "ding" notification sound from my trading platform indicating that a position was being sold.
In my stocks account, the position for W, EDU, PAGS, TCOM, and IWM all reached their profit targets this morning. It's only Monday, and I already have a 5-0 win-loss record for the week. And the trade for EDU gapped up noticeably over the weekend and gave me a profit that was more than two times what I was targeting.
In my options account, the positions IWM and FXI both hit their profit targets this morning. And the position for XLY hit its profit target late in the day on Friday. On top of that, the underlying stock for FXI also gapped up over the weekend and gave us an oversized profit.
I took on some new positions today, too. In the stocks account, I bought shares of ORCL and CHRW. In the options account, I bought options for DOCU.
