The market is up some to start the morning. The S&P 500 is right around 6,600 as I'm typing this.
I had a couple of stock positions get closed due to "gapping" over the weekend. NVO gapped up past my profit target and gave me an oversized victory. AZN, on the other hand, gapped down and reached its stop loss the very next trading day after I opened the position. I also manually closed my ZBH position since it reached its time limit, and that one landed in the loss column.
Last week I didn't have a single loss in that stocks account, and this week I've already got two on the board. It's not an ideal start to the week, but the week is still young. Let's see how the rest unfolds.
I took on a few new positions today. In the stocks account, I bought positions for WYNN and RHHBY. In the options account, I bought options for WYNN.
