Hey Guys,
The market rebounded some from yesterday's splash of red. The S&P 500 remains near its all time high.
I had two option trades that reached their time limits yesterday (JNJ and AZN), and both ended up in the losing column. That said, they both had a green day yesterday, which mitigated the amount of the loss and resulted in a better outcome than I seemed to be facing for most of the week with them.
I took on a couple of new trades today. Both were for Target (TGT). I bought shares of TGT in the stocks account. And I bought the options for TGT in the options account.
The buying power in my stocks account is limited again. I don't have enough to buy an average position, but if there is a light-weight position that comes along, I'd be able to buy that (when I say light-weight, I mean a position where the total position value is relatively low). Otherwise, I'll have to wait until some existing positions close before I can take more on. Two reach their time limits on Monday.
