The market took another dip this morning. That rebound we started to see yesterday ended up deflating for the time being. The S&P 500 is around 4,210 right now.
We got out of that SE option position just in time yesterday. It ended up hitting its profit target, which allowed me to cash in on the profits, and since then it's dropped noticeably.
I'm going to keep that one in my memory banks and remind myself of it next time the opposite happens (where a position hits a stop loss and then immediately goes up). It goes both ways and I find it helpful to notice the times when it goes my way so that I keep a balanced and accurate point of view.
I picked up a couple new positions today. I bought stock for TSM in the main account. I bought options for TSM in the options account.
