The market went up overnight. The S&P 500 is around 4,130 as of the time I'm typing this.
I only picked up one new position so far today. I bought shares of UL stock in the main account.
Since the last time I emailed, there have been two positions that have closed. I manually closed my DG stock position since it reached its time limit. That one locked in a partial profit. And yesterday one of my BAX stock positions hit its stoploss. My BAX trades were not very happy yesterday. Let's see if they cheer up today.
As a reminder, I'm going to close my two Starbucks options positions today, which is a day earlier than normal. The reason is because tomorrow is the ex-dividend date for Starbucks and I don't want to own options going into that date. So I'll be manually closing those positions near the end of the trading day today unless they reach their profit target first.
