The market is exhibiting volatility this morning. The S&P 500 opened the morning down 80 points but then went up 45 points in the first 10 minutes. It could make major moves in either direction.
My PPG stock trade hit its stop loss this morning. It's not a fun way to start the week, but at least we have a cushion of profits from last week to absorb it. Let's see how the rest of the week unfolds.
I took on a slate of new trades today. I bought shares of DLR and GSK in the stocks account. I bought the options for EWJ and GSK in the options account. Both those options are on the lower end of the price spectrum (below $3.00 per contract).
