Hey Guys,
The market is still exhibiting a big range of price movement each day, but this week so far it seems to be anchored to the 4300-4350 level for the S&P 500. Each day the price keeps starting in that range.
I locked in two profitable trades this morning, which was nice after a tough week last week. One of those was trades was for MCK, which reached its profit target today. Add to that the dividend I received on it a few days ago, and that made for a nice profit.
I also closed my position on SRPT this morning since it reached its time limit. That one had earnings reported this morning, and it gapped up and gave me nearly a full-sized profit. That was pretty nice to see considering that just yesterday it was showing a small loss.
I haven't taken any new trades yet today. Yesterday I did pick up a stock position in SeaWorld late in the morning in the low-priced account. Other than that, I'm just waiting for new trades to set up that meet the criteria of my core trading strategy.
If you have any questions or feedback, I'd love to hear from you.
