Hey Guys,
Well the Fed meeting came and went yesterday, but the market didn't drop. Over the last few months, any time the Chairman of the Fed has spoken, it has spooked the market. But yesterday was an exception.
That means that the market is still hovering near all time highs, and we might have to wait longer for more pullback trades to set up. But that's ok, it's all part of the journey. Some periods, like now, will be pretty light on trades.
I did pick up some ORLY stock this morning. It's another earnings day trade. Those seem to be the only ones setting up lately. It didn't have weekly options available so I wasn't able to make an options trade on it.
CHKP is getting close to hitting the profit target. It's been trending in the right direction the last few days. That's the only position I have that's near an exit.
Normally on Thursdays, I'm preparing to exit my expiring options positions the next day, but I don't have any this week. So tomorrow is going to be an easygoing Friday morning in that regard.
If you have any questions or feedback, I'd love to hear from you.
