The market is still pushing upward. It's showing a lot of strength. The S&P 500 is around 4,495 right now.
There were some fun gap ups overnight, like GSK and SNY. If they hold their ground, that would prove to be quite a comeback for both.
My EFX stock position reached its time limit, so I manually closed it at the opening bell and locked in a half-sized profit. That ABT options position that I manually closed late yesterday came in just above breakeven.
I only took on one new position today. I bought stock for FAST in the double down account. They just reported earnings, so that stock could exhibit a lot of price volatility.
My ABT stock position earned a dividend overnight. Anyone who owned the stock at the close of the trading session yesterday and into this morning also earned it. Most brokerages will automatically credit the dividend to your account several weeks from now.
