The market wiggled around a lot on Friday, but it ultimately ended up back where it started. And right now, the S&P 500 is still at about the same spot: 6,840. It's still in a state of volatility overall.
My HRL stock position reached its time limit, so I manually closed it this morning. That one ended up in the red. The position was underwater since the first day of the trade, and it never could make it out.
I took on two new positions today. Both were in the stocks account: GPC and LH. And both just reported earnings, so both could be in for some explosive price volatility in either direction. It might be like a roller coaster ride with these two. Let's see where the ride leads us.
