On Friday, I talked about how the market had taken a big dip the day before, and how it would be telling to see how it responded.
The market has now recovered completely from that drop, which is a nice sign of strength that could bode well for our future trades.
There haven't been any new trades yet today. I have a buy limit order in for QGEN stock from the watch list at 45.86, and that appears to be relatively close to getting filled.
My trading platform, Think or Swim, was acting up this morning. I logged in like normal, but the charts weren't loading. This carried on through the opening bell. I closed it down and restarted it, and then it worked like normal again. Lucky for me, I didn't miss any trades. Every once in a while, most trading platforms have a period like that where they're not working properly. It's one aspect of trading that most of us have to deal with at some point.
