The market is at about the same spot as it was when I emailed yesterday. The S&P 500 is around 7,150 right now.
I took on some new positions today. In the stocks account, I bought positions for XLF and PNC. That's my second stock position on PNC. I use two different trading strategies, and PNC qualified for each one independently. Even though those two trades are for the same ticker, they are completely separate trades, and I treat them like one has nothing to do with the other. They each have separate exit rules.
In the options account, I bought options for XLF and AFL. All my new positions today from both acccounts are from Financial sector.
I have two option positions that reached their time limits today. I'll be manually closing those near the end of the trading session today unless they reach their profit targets first.
