Hey Guys,


The market is up to start the morning after having a had a big red day to end the week last week.  The S&P 500 is up 80 points, which offers a bit of optimism.  We have to take it with a grain of salt, though, since the market is still in a state of volatility and could make major moves in either direction at any time.

Hey Guys,


The market is down to start the morning.  The S&P 500 is around 6,725 right now, which is down 50 points from its close from yesterday.  We're clearly still in a state of volatility with the market.

Hey Guys,


The market has been volatile lately.  On Monday, the S&P 500 had a 170-point range.  Yesterday it had almost a 100-point range.  It's been making big moves in both directions.  The S&P 500 is around 6,775 right now.

Mindful Trader Commentary For March 10, 2026


Hey Guys,


The market had a nice rebound yesterday.  After the S&P 500 started Monday being down 80 points after the weekend, it recovered all that and then some by the end of the day.  And it's holding its ground so far this morning.  It's a good reminder that even when the market is down and things seem gloomy, there's no way to be sure which way it's headed next.  That's why I always stick to the plan with my trading strategy.
